Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

How does the return work?

  1. Please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order via email support@seame-brand.com 
  2. Please download and print our return form here.
  3. You take the packaged shipment with the return form to the nearest carrier branch and then receive a receipt for your return
  4. We will receive notification of your return and will refund the invoice amount as soon as possible after receipt of the return.
  5. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

Are returns free? 

Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

How long do I have to return something?

After receiving your order, you have the option to register a return within 30 days.  

My item is defective 

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Which item is damaged
  3. A description
  4. Photographic evidence

If your parcel has been damaged on delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team via email at support@seame-brand.com - All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a replacement or voucher without proof of damage from a member of our support team.

I have received the wrong item

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately at support@seame-brand.com and provide us with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the item you did not receive
  3. The name of the item you did receive
  4. A photo of the item you received

Exchange

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items with us. If you wish to do so, we recommend that you return the product to us and then order the correct product from us.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Lost package/returned package?

If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will immediately send a new package. Please contact our customer service via support@seame-brand.com

Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns.
